In celebration of the Dutch Arbitration Association's 10th anniversary, the DAA will hold its Anniversary Lecture at the Koninklijke Industrieele Groote Club on 6 April 2023.

Costs in Arbitration – It's all about the money
Stan Putter will open the DAA's anniversary year and shortly reflect on the DAA's history and the future.
Thomas Stouten will then provide a lecture on the costs in arbitration. Opportunities and challenges such as third-party funding, a success fee and security for costs will be addressed from a variety of perspectives.
The lecture will take approximately an hour and qualifies for registration of a PO-point. After the lecture, there will be drinks to further discuss celebrate the opening of the DAA's anniversary year.

In celebration of the DAA's 10th anniversary, this will be a special lustrum edition with additional celebratory activities, including on Wednesday 31 May, Thursday 1 June and Friday 2 June 2023. More information on the conference and the related activities will follow in due course.

The registration fee for attending the lecture and dinner will be EUR 50 (excl. VAT).
