Following the success of the induction course in previous years, the DAA offers its two-day induction course on Wednesday 12 and Thursday 13 March 2025 for associates (advocaat-medewerkers) with some background and/or experience in arbitration. This invitation also extends to inhouse legal counsel and members of the judiciary. The speakers shall provide an in-depth look into recent developments and practice under commonly used rules in arbitration. The full program can be found below.
NOTE: This event is followed by the DAA Annual Lecture starting at 17:00 at the close by Haarlemmermeer Station in Amsterdam.
