DAA Arbitration Induction Course 2021

Following the success of the induction course in 2019 (the 2019 class), the DAA offers a virtual two-day induction course on 12 and 13 April 2021 for associates (advocaat-medewerkers) with some background and/or experience in arbitration. This invitation also extends to inhouse legal counsel and members of the judiciary. The speakers shall provide an in-depth look into recent developments and practice under commonly used rules in arbitration. The two days will be followed by a social program to allow for networking, as soon as circumstances permit.
