The Subcommittee Transport & Logistics has organized the 2nd edition of its successful Business Lunch during which legal and other interested professionals will be addressed by a guest speaker on the subject of arbitration and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Transport & Logistics issues, followed by a platform for questions and discussion.

We were pleased with the presence of Mrs Fredy von Hombracht – Brinkman as guest speaker. She has been for many years Director of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute and therefore very knowledgeable on the subject. In her address she will consider the broad field of Transport & Logistics that includes Ports, Industry, Shipbuilding, Offshore, Maritime Contracting etc. and the type of issues that is or may be decided in arbitration and mediation. She also gave Tips & Tricks for conducting a NAI arbitration or mediation in an effective and efficient manner and shared with us other know how from her vast experience.
