Up- and Downstream views on Dispute Resolution in the Energy Sector

The Seminar

Preceding the DAA general meeting of members, the DAA Energy Committee will hold its launch event. The event will focus on varying views on dispute resolution from players active in different subsectors in the energy market. The event will be set up as a roundtable discussion between a number of legal counsel. The legal counsel participating are active in the upstream oil, gas and renewables industry as well as downstream distribution of gas and electricity. The different backgrounds of the panelists will provide interesting insights into varying approaches into dispute resolution in general and arbitration in particular.
