The theme of this year’s conference will be:
Technology and Innovation in International Arbitration
We will look at the impact of Artificial Intelligence, e-discovery, document automation, legal design, arbitrator intelligence and more. What lies ahead of us? Will new technologies disrupt or enhance the arbitral process? How can we benefit from technology and innovation to make arbitration more efficient, more transparent and less costly? What are the risks and challenges for arbitrators, practitioners and institutes?

Registration fee
The registration fee will be: EUR 325 for non-members; EUR 275 for members; EUR 150 euro for in-house counsel and EUR 75 for students *. The price is including the cocktail dinatoire. Membership may be applied for via the DAA-website.

Cancellation policy
Your registration will be treated as a commitment to attend the conference. If you do need to cancel, the DAA must be notified in writing. If a written cancellation is received before 30 September 2018, the registration fee will be refunded. When a written cancellation is received before 11 October 2018, 50% will be refunded. Without a written cancellation there is no refund possible.
