* Dr Cartwright-Finch is a (former) lawyer, consultant, speaker and scientist, specialized in applying psychology and neuroscience to business and law. She will discuss, among others:

  • Understanding errors in legal decisions: cognitive bias and irrationality
  • The risks of Overconfidence in litigation and arbitration and how to adjust it
  • Confirmation Bias in legal proceedings and how to open closed minds
  • Calibrating for bias: practical tips for Counsel and Parties engaged in disputes
