The DAA corporate disputes committee invites you to a seminar on Recurring arbitration issues in the ‘Dutch SPA’ on 9 November 2023. The subject will be introduced by key-note speaker prof. mr. Rieme-Jan Tjittes and explored further in three interactive sessions with attendants. Pinsent Masons will host the seminar including a drinks reception at their new offices in Amsterdam.
